Steady People Operations is a fractional People Ops practice serving solopreneurs and small businesses in Tulsa and beyond. We help business owners build the people foundation they need to grow — with the same care and structure that enterprise companies rely on, scaled to where you actually are.
We sit at the intersection of people, business, and technology — bringing HR expertise, manager coaching, employee relations support, and AI governance guidance to organizations that need all of it and have never had access to any of it.
We help business owners find their purpose in work — and build people operations that reflect it.
